It depends on your vehicle. Some vehicles turn off their power outlets when the engine is off, while others keep them powered at all times. This can include 12V/24V sockets, USB-A ports, or USB-C ports.

If your vehicle’s power outlet turns off with the car, you can leave the Tiny Traveler system plugged in.

If the outlet stays powered after the car is turned off, unplug the system when parking for long periods to help prevent draining your car battery.
