The Tiny Traveler Classic and AI Classic cameras do not have built-in batteries, so the cameras need to be connected to a power source while in use.

For everyday driving, plug the camera into your vehicle’s power port using the included camera power cable. The monitor can run on its own battery, but the camera still needs power in order to send video to the monitor.

For a completely cord-free setup, you can use the optional Tiny Traveler Portable Power Bank Cradle, which powers the camera without needing to plug it into the vehicle.
