Tiny Traveler uses a wireless video connection between the backseat camera and the dashboard monitor, so you do not need to run a video cable through your car.

The monitor has a built-in rechargeable battery, but for everyday driving, we recommend keeping it plugged in.

The standard camera does not have a built-in battery, so it needs to be connected to power using the included cable. For a cord-free camera setup, you can use the optional Portable Power Bank Cradle.
