My Tiny Traveler Monitor goes into "Mass Storage Mode" when I plug it into the USB Port. What do I do?
If your monitor shows “Mass Storage Mode,” it means the monitor thinks it is connected for file access instead of normal use.
To fix this, unplug the monitor and connect it to a regular power source, such as the included vehicle power adapter or a USB power source that supports 5V/2A output.
Some built-in vehicle USB ports are designed for both charging and data transfer, which may cause the monitor to enter Mass Storage Mode. If this happens, try using the included power cable with your vehicle’s 12V power outlet instead.
