The Portable Power Bank is safe to use while you are driving, especially when the car’s air conditioning is on.

However, like other rechargeable battery-powered devices, it should not be left inside a hot parked car for long periods of time. On hot summer days, the inside of a parked car can become much hotter than the outside temperature. Too much heat can shorten the battery’s life, reduce how long it runs, or damage the housing over time.

For best results, remove the Portable Power Bank from the camera when parking outside for an extended period. Keep it out of direct sunlight, or take it indoors with you when possible.
