What is your standard return window, and can I return an item if I have already opened and used it in my car?

 We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. And yes, you can absolutely return it even if you have opened the box, mounted it to your dashboard, and tested it out on the road. We know you can’t truly tell if a driving monitor fits your vehicle cabin or lifestyle until you actually try it.
• The Condition Policy: All we ask is that you return the system with all the baseline parts included in the original box (monitor, camera, mounts, and power cords) and that the hardware isn't physically damaged from misuse.
