We keep our return process entirely straightforward without forcing you to jump through corporate hoops:
1. Contact our Support team via email with your original order number and a quick note letting us know you want to return or exchange the item.
2. If it's a preference return, we will provide the return warehouse address. If it's a verified defect, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
3. Box up the units securely and drop them off at the carrier.
4. The Refund Timeline: Once our warehouse team receives your return package and verifies the contents, we process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The funds will slide directly back onto your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2 to 4 days for the credit to officially post to your statement.
