What exactly does the 1-year warranty cover, and what is excluded?

Every new Tiny Traveler system purchased from an authorized retailer comes with a 1-year limited factory warranty starting from the date of purchase.
• What is Covered: The warranty covers internal hardware defects, component failures, firmware glitches, and manufacturing flaws. For example, if your monitor speaker suddenly stops working or the camera's night vision sensor fails through no fault of your own within the first year, we will repair or replace it completely free of charge.
• What is Excluded: The warranty does not cover accidental physical damage or environmental wear caused by the user. This includes cracked screens from dropping the monitor, cables snapped because a child kicked them, or structural warping caused by leaving the components exposed to extreme summer heat inside a locked car for long periods (see our core troubleshooting guidelines for proper thermal care).
