It depends on the reason for your return:
• Defects or Shipping Mistakes: If your system arrived damaged, is experiencing a confirmed factory hardware defect, or we accidentally shipped you the wrong model, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Our support team will email you a prepaid printable shipping label instantly.
• Preference Returns: If the system works perfectly but you simply changed your mind, decided it’s not the right fit for your car, or received a duplicate at a baby shower, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to send it back to our warehouse.
